30 THE CLEAN FIT FOOD SCALE
So let’s start eating fit food and enjoying every mouthful, and better still feeling great after we have eaten it.
TIP: Make it a rule of thumb now that every time you eat, you quickly assess the standard of your food choice by using this scale of mine. And allow yourself a good few minutes to think if you really need to eat the food that is in the scale 3 bracket. Sometimes we crave the wrong foods when we are tired, so perhaps even something as simple as a quick 5-minute walk around the block before you eat that chocolate bar may help supercharge those energy levels. Then you might realize it was the exercise you needed, not the chocolate!
