Healthy Seared Tenderloin Steaks

· 4 (4 ounces) of tenderloin steaks, trimmed
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil
· Black pepper
1. Season the tenderloin steaks with some salt and pepper then heat the oil in a skillet and 3 to 4 min on each side.
2. Cover the steaks with a foil and let them rest for 5 min then serve them and enjoy.
