Healthy Seared Tenderloin Steaks

Ingredients:

·               4 (4 ounces) of tenderloin steaks, trimmed

·               1 tablespoon of olive oil

·               Black pepper

·               Salt

Directions:

1.      Season the tenderloin steaks with some salt and pepper then heat the oil in a skillet and 3 to 4 min on each side.

2.      Cover the steaks with a foil and let them rest for 5 min then serve them and enjoy.

Make it tastier:

To make it tastier, rub each steak with ¼ teaspoon of grained Dijon mustard and enjoy.
