Morganite is a crystal of unconditional love and enormous forgiveness. Pink is the only color of Beryl not mentioned by Pliny, but this does not mean it was unknown as it is seen in Egyptian ritual jewelry. Beryl is a foundation stone of heaven in the Old and New Testaments. In an early Christian lapidary, Gregory the Great assigned crystals to nine orders of angels, Beryl being a stone of the Angelic Powers.
