A Circle of Stones: Journeys and Meditations for Modern Celts - Erynn Rowan Laurie 1995
About the Author
Erynn Rowan Laurie, poet and professional madwoman, has been involved with the Celtic Reconstructionist Pagan movement since its beginnings. The author of Ogam: Weaving Word Wisdom, she has nearly thirty years of experience in the Pacific Northwest Pagan community. Living on the edge of the Salish Sea, Erynn shares her space with a sizable research library and the Dog of Devastating Cuteness +3, and can occasionally be found in pursuit of the elusive air kraken on random Tuesdays. Her works have appeared in over a dozen anthologies of poetry and prose, including Datura and the upcoming Mandragora -- two anthologies of esoteric poesis from Scarlet Imprint -- and the academic anthology Disability and Religious Diversity from Palgrave-Macmillan, where she discusses the geilt phenomenon in Celtic literature and its thematic connections with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Her first solo poetry collection, Fireflies at Absolute Zero, will be published by Hiraeth Press in the fall of 2012. Erynn's website, The Preserving Shrine, can be found at http://www.seanet.com/~inisglas
