This may feel a bit silly at first, but remember that there is Spirit in all things. As you get in the habit of greeting the energy in your home, you will notice that your mood lifts as you do so.

Pay extra attention to your magical and sacred objects—your altar tools, special stones, herbs, etc. Acknowledge the spirit energy in these objects, and thank them for being in your life. You are strengthening an energetic bond between you and these sacred tools that will empower your magical work.
