Paradoxically an exact and detailed specification of any function will, in principle, allow a computer to perform it.

Apologies for the trick question.

Only the unspecifiable remains, but let us not waste time with mystification; although we could write programs to produce plenty of it for fun and profit.

Any half sensible answer to the second exercise qualifies you as a fully enlightened master. Congratulations, you can now dress it up with the bullshit of your choice, and sell it.
