Roman chamomile and German chamomile are the two most common varieties of this plant, and both work equally well. They have a sweet, apple-like scent and charming little yellow and white flowers, like tiny daisies.

If you take a bath in water sprinkled with dried chamomile, it will invite love into your life. In fact, if you make a chamomile tea and add it to your bath, you will experience a feeling of bliss. Working with chamomile is great for those struggling with stress and anxiety. She can alleviate overwhelming emotions, and you can hold dried chamomile in your hands as you recite affirmations or prayers to help ease the heart.

PLANT WISDOM

If you are able to grow chamomile, set your intentions before watering her, intending abundance in wealth, love, or whatever you desire, and then repeat those intentions as you gently pour the water over her.

Chamomile is so nurturing and loving that if you plant her next to a struggling plant, the chamomile will help nurse her back to health. Growing chamomile yourself and setting intentions of healing into her seeds will bring you together in a powerful way, for as you care for her, you are in turn caring for yourself. Place healing crystals near her in your garden to amplify her healing energies, and you can also place crystals such as quartz to amplify her energies for abundance.
