So, beloved witch, I hope you have found some solace in these pages. I hope they’ve helped ignite and spark your spirit, sending you on a path of true magick; and that in this book, you’ve found a piece of your soul, a piece of your potential, a piece of the wildness that lives inside of you. My biggest hope is that you’ve been able to feel into your own personal, perfect, unlike-anyone-else’s path of the craft. That you’ve been able to honour the feelings that are leading you to your own brand of magick. My wish is that you’ve been able to feel your intuition guiding you forward to whatever comes next on your journey and that you honour this by following and listening to the call.

I also hope that these pages have empowered you to stand as your truest self. There are infinite paths of witchcraft and magick, but the only one that matters is the one you’re on. May you honour those who come before you; may you honour your ancestors; and may you honour yourself through your practice. And may you remember that you’re always welcome to revisit this book whenever you need.

Your energy is sacred, your energy is powerful and your energy is transformative. May you never forget who you are: an incredible, powerful, worthy witch. May your magick grow as you do. May it evolve as you do, and may it help you bring a deeper sense of purpose and meaning to everything you do. With a blessing from the Earth and the Cosmos, with a blessing from me to you, with a blessing from the Universe, find your magick, find your path — and know in your bones that it is your truth.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

This book is dedicated to all the witches before me who have allowed me to be here.

It truly takes a village, and I’m lucky enough to have a village of strong, powerful, astonishing women behind me. But I couldn’t start the acknowledgments without first thanking all the witches who came before me who have allowed me to be on this path and share it freely and fiercely.

Infinite thankyous to my literary agent Jill Marr at Sandra Dijkstra Literary Agency, and Laura Horsley and the whole Ebury Random House team who have made the experience of writing my first book unforgettable. To my family for all their love and support over the last decade of witchery; I wouldn’t be who I am without you. To my mother for first introducing me to spirituality and glamour magick, to my father for fostering my love and curiosity about the unknown, to my twin sister Alexandra for always supporting me and for taking the incredible photos in this book. You three have been the best support system a soul could ask for and I love you all to the moon and back. To my Tita (and Tito) for always loving me as my truest self and for supporting me. To my Grandpa Harry, who I know I would have loved and made sex jokes with. To my Grandma Rose, who I’ll never have enough words to thank. For her love of words and fashion magick that I carry with me every day. To Marissa Patrick, my twin flame and best friend who has been there with me every step of the way. To my Auntie Melissa who started me on this path, who I wouldn’t be here without. To Sheryl Rachmel, for being the best therapist and helping me through the process of writing this book and embracing my voice and gifts. To all the incredible editors and teachers who have led me here. To Ruby Warrington and The Numinous for helping me find my voice and magick and for always believing in me and giving me a chance. To the whole HelloGiggles team for the support and encouragement. To Marty Preciado for reminding me of my power, and believing in me fiercely and endlessly. To NYLON, Gabrielle Korn and Kristin Iversen for giving me a chance and seeing my potential as a witch and giving me a platform to share my vision. To my coven, to Alexandra Roxo for reminding me of my power, strength and innate divinity. To Kaitlyn Kaerhart for always seeing my truest self and reminding me of the importance of my words and soul. To Ivory Woods for being the best friend, fashion fairy godmother and supporter of me and my journey I could ask for. To Amelia Quint for being my astrologer witch queen and Amanda Sharpley for being my supporter and creepy gal advocate, and for being my coven on the east coast.
