A Circle of Stones: Journeys and Meditations for Modern Celts - Erynn Rowan Laurie 1995
Eternal Sea
The Sea is the boundary that defines the Land, encircling the material realm and creating the barrier between our realm and the realm of the Gods. Here is the place between, the Ninth Wave beyond which we cannot go without the aid of strong Gods. It contains the Nine Wells of Manannán mac Lir and at its bottom lies the well of wisdom, with the strength and the restless power of endless motion.
