3 angelica leaves

5 marjoram leaves

7 bay leaves

1 cup pure spring water

In a small pot, boil the water and leaves for one minute. Remove from heat and allow the liquid to cool. Then light a blue candle and say:

GODDESS OF LIFE

GODDESS OF DEATH

GODDESS OF ALL POWER

THAT IS THE UNIVERSE:

SHINE YOUR LIGHT OF WHITE

UPON ME AND SHIELD ME

FROM ALL FORCES EVIL

MALEVOLENT AND BANEFUL.

Next, dip the index finger of your right hand into the liquid and with your fingertip draw a circle on your forehead. As you draw the circle, say:

O DIVINE GODDESS

OF THE MOON AND STARS;

ENCOMPASS MY BODY AND SOUL

WITH YOUR CIRCLE OF LIGHT

AND GIVE TO ME PEACE

AND PROTECTION FROM HARM.

SO MOTE IT BE!

The remaining liquid should be sprinkled around your house or added to your bath water for additional protection.
