With wand or athame held tightly in the right hand and pointing straight forward, stand facing the east and say:

COME HITHER, SPIRITS OF THE EAST WIND

Turn to the south and say:

COME HITHER, SPIRITS OF THE SOUTH WIND

I COMMAND THEE BY THE NAME ADONAI

ELEMENTAL KING OF FIRE

Turn to the west and say:

COME HITHER, SPIRITS OF THE WEST WIND

I COMMAND THEE BY THE NAME EHEIEH

ELEMENTAL KING OF WATER.

Turn to the north and say:

COME HITHER, SPIRITS OF THE NORTH WIND

I COMMAND THEE BY THE NAME AGLA

ELEMENTAL KING OF EARTH.
