New York Pulled Chicken with Tandoori Sauce

Ingredients:

The Pulled Chicken:

· 4 cups of chicken broth

· ½ onion, finely chopped

· 2 cloves of garlic, minced

· 3 pounds of chicken breasts

· Salt

The Tandoori Sauce:

· ½ cup of coconut milk

· 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

· 1 teaspoon of paprika

· 1 teaspoon of cumin

· 1 teaspoon of turmeric

· Black pepper

· Salt

Directions:

1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a crockpot then stir in the rest ingredients of chicken and seal the pot.

2. Cook it the chicken for 4 h on low.

3. Once the time is up, drain the chicken and pull it with a fork.

4. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl then stir it with the chicken into the crockpot with the rest of the broth and cook them for 2 h on low.

5. Serve your pulled chicken warm and enjoy.
