Saguaro Cheesy Stuffed Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:
· 8 ounces of Fontina cheese, cut into 24 dices
· ½ cup of parmesan cheese
· 28 ounces of tomato, crushed
· ½ cup of rolled oats
· 2 ½ pounds of lean turkey meat, minced
· ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
· 1 teaspoon of dry basil
· 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
· 1 tablespoon of olive oil
· 2 teaspoons of garlic, minced
· 2 eggs
· Salt
Directions:
1. Mix the tomato with basil, parsley, olive oil, garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl and set it aside.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients except for the cheese in a medium bowl and shape the mix into 24 meatballs then stuff each meatball with a cube of cheese.
3. Pour half of the tomato sauce in a crockpot then top it with meatballs and the rest of the sauce.
4. Cover the pot and cook them for 7 h on low then serve them warm and enjoy.
