· 1 Organic Pear

· Coriander Stalks

· Milk

· 1 Ripe Banana

Chop the pear into smaller pieces and keep aside. Crush the coriander stalks in milk. Add the ripe banana to milk and blend well. Add sugar to taste and add the chopped pear pieces to the smoothie. As an option, you can add mint leaves into the smoothie to enhance the taste and flavor.

Spirulina Smoothie

· 1 Teaspoon Spirulina

· 2-3 centimeter Knob of Ginger

· Spinach Leaves

· Fruit yogurt

· Hot water

Blend the spirulina with the spinach leaves together to give a thick paste. Dilute the paste with fruit yogurt according to taste and preferred texture. Boil the ginger in hot water and extract its flavor. Add the ginger extract to the mixture of spinach and spirulina.
