Grand Mal Cuban Pot Roast

Ingredients:

· 3 pounds of chuck roast

· ½ cup of green chilies, finely chopped

· 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

· 1 tablespoon of chili powder

· 1 cup of tomato, diced

· ½ cup of salsa Verde

· 2 tablespoons of dry onion flakes

· 2 tablespoons of cumin

· 1 tablespoon of coriander

· 1 tablespoon of dry oregano

· 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

· 2 tablespoons of oil

· Salt

Directions:

1. Season the chuck roast with some salt and pepper then brown in it with oil in a heated crockpot for 5 min.

2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring it to a boil then cover the pot and cook it for 6 h on low.

3. Once the time is up, serve it warm and enjoy.
