Mix 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar into 1 cup of warm purified water.

Healthy After Dinner Cordial

If you’re looking for a more nutritious end to an elegant meal than an alcoholic beverage, try making a delicious fruit and vinegar cordial. Meld the apple flavors in apple cider vinegar with other fruits to get a beverage with an after-dinner glow that’s truly good for you.

Start with any one of a variety of fruits, such as peaches, strawberries, cherries, blueberries, or black raspberries. Sterilize a quart canning jar and add 1 cup of one or more of the fruits listed above. Add 2 tablespoons of raw organic honey and cover with 2 cups of apple cider vinegar. Top with a canning lid and let it stand in a dark place for about two weeks. Strain off the liquid and serve in small cordial glasses with some crushed ice. Refreshing and tasty!
